Kathy Byrnes has a growing top tier residential real estate team of agents operating all across America and expanding into other countries. She is looking for a talented and experienced virtual assistant to join and help expand her team as a long term employee.
The ideal candidate will be someone who wants to take the initiative and contribute, not someone who will just do tasks assigned to them. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to complete tasks quickly and accurately is desired.
Initially the position will be part time, approximately 4 hrs a day , 5 days a week.
Responsibilities:
– Database input and management
– Online research
– Lead generation: source and input leads into database, set in motion and execute marketing plans
-Tracking: track and report salespeople performance, lead generation system productivity and other metrics for weekly meetings
-Special Projects: Ability to multitask special projects, along with daily tasks
Future Role – Project and people management: Ability to select, recruit, train and supervise other VA’s- as needed for specific functions.
Qualifications:
– 3+yrs of experience as a virtual assistant for a foreign company – proven track record of success
College degree would be preferred
Excellent English communications skills ( written and spoken)
Proficiency in Trello (or similar) and Google Sheets ( including Docs, sheets, slides and gmail) is a must
Proficiency in Go High Level is highly desired
Ability to work independently and part of a team

Remunerations:
Initial Salary is US $4.00 per hour for the first 30 days, then it will be increased.
