Job Description

Virtual Real Estate Assistant responsibilities include:
• Data entry
• Administrative task
• Editing and uploading photos
• Researching
• Handling phone calls
• Handling emails, schedules, and calendar
• Organizing files
• Other tasks as needed

We are looking for a Virtual Real Estate Assistant to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely.
As a Virtual Real Estate Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, researching, creating flyers, contacting clients, answering calls, handling emails, and other tasks as needed. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools such email and data entry software. Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and schedules and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision. Position may transition to fulltime depending on performance.

Responsibilities:
• Sending respond to emails
• Maintain and organize files
• Contacting clients and answering phones
• Input data into spreadsheets and reports
• Perform research
• Organize and maintain emails, schedules, and calendars
• Provide customer service

Requirements:
Familiarity with current technologies, like cloud services, VoIP, data entry software
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office, Google Office, CRMs)
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar, etc)
Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
Strong English Grammar
Good writing skills
Excellent time management skills
Solid organizational skills
Additional qualifications in the Real Estate industry are a plus but not mandatory
