The Harbert Real Estate Group is a fast-growing real estate company, and we are currently seeking a dedicated, organized, and proactive Virtual Real Estate Assistant/Admin to join our team. As we continue to grow and serve our clients at the highest level, we’re looking for someone who can help keep our operations running smoothly.
Job Type: Full Time (35-50 hours per week)
Work Hours: 8:30am-6:00pm CST
Location: Remote (working US hours)

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all administrative work, including email correspondence, marketing, social media posting, CRM management, Canva designs, setting up systems, and updating spreadsheets.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining real estate documents, agreements, and contracts.
• Build listing packets, presentations, buyer packets, and comps.
• Update and manage ads on various platforms, and possibly run ad campaigns.
• Attend to customer queries and provide timely and supportive solutions.
• Plan and coordinate client events.
• Attend training and coaching sessions regularly to maintain a deep understanding of the industry and company protocols.
Tools we use:
Google Suite, KvCore CRM, HAR MLS, Lastpass, Canva, Lead sources, Trello, Dotloop, Slack, , Facebook, etc. (Experience is not necessary as we will provide training on these tools.)
Qualifications:
• Excellent English fluency, both written and verbal.
• Outstanding customer service and listening skills.
• Strong relationship-building know-how.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented preferably SC/CS on DISC assessment
• Ability to meet and exceed set goals.
• Proficiency with computers and client management software.
• Prior experience with managing a contact database system is preferred.
• Willingness to participate in further training and coaching sessions.
