Job Summary: We are seeking a Virtual Real Estate Bookkeeper and Virtual Assistant who is an expert in QuickBooks Online and proficient in various virtual assistant tasks such as cold calling, social media marketing, and other related activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, tracking expenses and revenue, handling administrative tasks, and supporting our real estate agents in their daily activities.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage all financial transactions for real estate transactions using QuickBooks Online.
Track all expenses and revenue related to real estate transactions, including rent payments, utility bills, and property taxes.
Experience with eCommerce transactions
Prepare monthly financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts for real estate properties.
Reconcile Accounts, and make sure things or orderly and organized
Handle various administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing email inboxes.
Assist real estate agents with cold calling and lead generation activities, including researching potential leads and preparing call scripts (we have automated scripts for ease of use).
Manage social media accounts for real estate properties, including creating content and posting updates.
Collaborate with the team on various other related activities, such as property inspections, renovations, and tenant collections.
Assist with Land/Property Due Diligence
Work from home.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online and other accounting software.
Excellent English Language skills with a good American/English accent
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with social media marketing and cold-calling techniques.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Availability to work flexible hours, as needed.
Fast reliable internet speed (min 10MB up, 10 MB down)
Need to work at least 50% of the time on US normal business hours

THE COMPANY
We are a well-established Real Estate Investment company based out of Florida, USA is looking to hire cold callers. Cold calls will be made to homeowners to see if they’re interested in hearing an offer on one of the properties that they own. Real estate experience is preferred but not required.
THE OFFER
Fair hourly pay rate full time 30-40 hours per week paid monthly.
Bonuses that will increase with the length of time spent working this job, paid per successful closing
