We’re looking for a full-time Virtual Real Estate Marketing Assistant to support a top-producing real estate agent with over a decade of experience in San Francisco, CA. You have a keen eye for design and superior English writing skills. You are tech-savvy, highly organized, and understand the importance of thinking ahead and adhering to dates and deadlines.

The experience we are looking for

3 or more years of experience in designing marketing materials, preferably in the real estate industry
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
A portfolio showcasing your design work

A little bit about the opportunity

As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing and contributing to all marketing initiatives and campaigns.

You will be responsible for coordinating the creation of hard copy and print media, managing the marketing calendar, and keeping stats updated on the website. You will also order postcards, mailers, and flyers, and send email blasts to our client’s growing customer base.

In addition to this, you will be responsible for creating engaging images and videos to post on social media platforms. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and make a significant impact on the brand’s social media presence.

We’re not just looking for someone who can follow instructions, but someone who can bring fresh ideas and creativity to our client’s marketing campaigns.

Salary: $1,200 – $1,300 USD/mo plus an opportunity for a bonus
Hours: 9 am – 6 pm PST, M-F 40 hrs per week.
Benefits: Vacation time, sick pay, holidays, and contribution toward medical benefits.
Location: Remote (Office is based in San Francisco, CA). You must have a dedicated work space free from distraction.
