Responsibilities:

Relationship Building: Establish meaningful connections over the phone.
Property Knowledge: Confidently address inquiries regarding investment properties.
CRM Utilization: Daily use of the CRM to track interactions and monitor the sales process.
Lead Follow-Up: Diligently follow up on leads and provide information to potential buyers.
Contract Facilitation: Build rapport with clients and overcome objections during the contract process.
Sales Execution: Sell properties, manage phone calls, and skillfully negotiate prices.
Collaborative Team Player: Contribute as a cooperative and coachable team member.
Qualifications:

Passion for Sales: Must be highly motivated and goal-oriented.
Exceptional Communication: Possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish, coupled with excellent phone etiquette.
Lead Management: Previous experience in lead and database management.
Sales Experience: One or more years of sales or phone sales experience is preferred.
Compensation:

This is a full-time position with a base salary starting at $500 USD per month, complemented by a $250 bonus for each property sale you contribute to. Bonuses and pay will be increased overtime with performance.
