We are hiring for a full-time opportunity as a sales agent who’s looking to continue their career in real estate with a group of high-energy, high-performers.

Fluent in english, Detail-oriented, reliable, friendly. Emotionally intelligent and cares to build and nurture relationships. Able to work remotely and excel. You have a problem solver’s spirit, even if you lack experience you want to figure things out. You can focus and you’re driven by results. Growth oriented and ready and willing to make lots of phone calls to close deals. You have the need and ability to close a sale. You are intuitively good with numbers, people, and can follow a proven system. You should be comfortable with technology and able to pick up new systems quickly!

Responsibilities:

Building relationships over the phone.
Confidently answering questions about investment properties.
Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales processes.
Follow up on all leads and requests/inquiries for information from buyers.
Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients.
Sell properties, handle phone calls and negotiate prices.
Be a team player and be coach-able!

Qualifications:

Must be driven and passionate about sales and goal-oriented.
Top-notch English and Spanish written and verbal communication skills and phone etiquette required.
Previous lead and database management experience.
1 or more years of experience in sales, or phone sales is preferred.

This is a full time position. Base Pay Starts at $500 USD a month and there is a $250 Bonus for each property that you help to sell. This is a high earning position for the right person with a growing company who wants people on its team to grow and succeed.
