I’m hiring a full-time Virtual Receptionist to work with my company “Virtual Receptionist Pro”

– Experience with a call center software like five9 is a plus

ABOUT ME: My name is Omid:
– I provide an inbound call center to my clients so they never miss a call
– I work hard and move quickly and I expect team members to do the same
– I am very loyal and respectful to my employees (some employees have been with me for more than 7 years)
– I give performance bonuses for exceptional work (If I make money you should be rewarded for that)

JOB DUTIES:
Answering inbound calls
Helping customers with questions
booking appointments for clients
40 hours a week

COMPENSATION PLAN:
– Paid bi-weekly
– Performance bonuses for great work
– 13th Month/Christmas Bonus
– Pay raises awarded based on performance
– For every month that you work, you will receive one paid day for sick/vacation leave (12 Days per Year)
– 7 paid holidays per year: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (7 Days)
