Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Virtual Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare recruitment, particularly in sourcing and hiring Physical Therapists (PTs) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs). This role is crucial to our mission of providing exceptional home-based care to our patients.
Responsibilities:
Source and provide insight to HR on qualified PT and PTA candidates.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Utilize various recruitment platforms and social media channels to identify potential candidates.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Coordinate virtual interviews with HR and candidates.
Collaborate with the hiring team to understand staffing needs and job specifications.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate and organized candidate records.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Familiarity with recruitment platforms and social media channels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
