Job Title: Virtual Registered Nurse Assistant
Location: Remote
Hours: 10-15 hours per week, flexible scheduling
Salary: $6 per hour

Responsibilities:
– Assist the registered nurse with creating care plans for patients.
– Monitor the patient’s plan of care and provide updates as needed.
– Create reports to summarize the needs of the patients.
– Update patient profiles accurately and efficiently.
– Develop online training courses and quizzes for caregivers.

– Enter data such as labs and X-rays into our system.
– Review notes from day programs and day program reports.
– Review physician orders and ensure compliance.
– Communicate important updates to staff members as needed.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
– Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
– Strong proficiency in technology and ability to learn new software quickly.
– Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
– Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and comply with HIPAA regulations.
– Experience in healthcare or telemedicine is preferred but not required.
– Must have a personal computer, VPN and reliable internet connection.
– Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
