Virtual Sales & Administrative Assistant

Sited Agency is looking for a skilled and experienced Virtual Sales & Administrative Assistant to support its growing sales team.

We are looking for either a full-time or part-time individual to join the team. Available shifts available:
– 20 hrs/week: 09:00 – 13:00 PH
– 40 hrs/week: 09:00 – 17:00 PH

The role requires a highly motivated and energetic individual who is willing to be a strong ambassador for the company. Sited Agency is a marketing agency supporting Influencers to reach their highest potential across all social media platforms.

Role and responsibilities:
– Managing social media fans of an influencer
– Messaging and communication with the influencer’s fans to build up long-term lasting relationships
– Posting on social media
– Marketing and selling promotional materials (turning fans into paying customers)
– Other ad hoc duties

Sited is looking for someone with the following qualities and capabilities:
– Fluent in written and spoken English
– Able to build relationships with clients of all types
– Able to communicate clearly between all stakeholders (internal and external)
– Strong capability to follow clear instructions, checklists, tasks and requests
– Resourceful and thoughtful when problems or unknowns arise (problem solver)
– Someone who is motivated to make sales and earn commission
– Ability to work to deadlines

Any applicant must have at a minimum:
– Reliable and fast internet (internet speed test required)
– Email (Gmail or other)
– A computer and screen
– A quiet place to work

Successful applicants will be able to enjoy the following benefits:
– 7.5% increase in salary every year
– 10% of salary bonus every quarter (pro rata depending on start date)
– 4 weeks paid vacation
– Commission of 5% for all earnings

Note: a probation period of 30 days will be in effect, which will be fully paid
