Virtual Sales Assistant

We are an event coffee cart & roasting company based in Melbourne, Australia.

Reporting to our GM, our VA Outbound Sales will work with our sales team to grow new customers & partnerships that fit into the Coffee on Cue service model. We have a team in the Philippines working across sales and operations and we’re looking to grow!

Past B2B sales experience with a proven track record is a must for this role.

We are a values-based organization with strong cloud-based systems.

If you have a background in Hotel Sales, Event Sales, working in a smaller team, or Event Management this would be highly advantageous.

This position will be centered around the use and navigation of our CRM and sales tools, analyzing our existing key customer pool with the intention of identifying new potential customers.

Daily activity will range from outbound/cold outreach, to reigniting stale accounts There will also be the opportunity to assist our inbound sales team with leads and inquiries when needed.

This position is suited to a motivated, detail-oriented individual who can work in a remote team to deliver on our growth and sales targets/KPIs. You will need Excellent written & phone skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to engage and convert customers, with a customer service focus.

Topline Areas of Responsibility

– Identify and convert new accounts
– Increase the number of top customers into partnership accounts (hotels)
– Identify and develop partnerships with conference organisers/trade stand builders
– Reactivation of accounts and contacts in the CRM
– Work with inbound sales team to manage inquiry and leads (when required)

Experience with the following platforms is highly advantageous: Hubspot, G Suite, Xero, Pandadoc, Slack, Lemlist & LinkedIn Sales navigator.
