Job Description

Best Dirty Lemonade, a pioneering cannabis-infused beverage company based in the United States, is seeking a motivated and driven Virtual Sales Associate from the Philippines to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our product footprint across multiple states, including Georgia, Massachusetts, and Michigan.

Responsibilities:

Georgia Market:
Conduct thorough research to identify potential retail partners, including smoke shops, liquor stores, hemp distributors, and bars.
Compile comprehensive lists of target accounts and maintain an up-to-date database.
Reach out to potential partners and present our hemp-derived 12-ounce (60mg) and 2-ounce (10mg) lemonade products, available in classic lemonade, strawberry lemonade, and blue raspberry lemonade flavors.
Educate prospective partners on the legality and benefits of our products under the 2018 Farm Bill in the United States.
Negotiate favorable terms and secure distribution agreements.
Massachusetts and Michigan Markets:
Identify and contact licensed cannabis dispensaries interested in carrying our THC-infused lemonade products.
Build relationships with dispensary buyers, managers, and decision-makers.
Present our product line, highlighting key features, flavors, and unique selling points.
Provide detailed product information, including potency levels, dosing recommendations, and compliance with state regulations.
Collaborate with dispensaries to develop effective marketing and promotional strategies.
Ensure seamless order processing and delivery coordination.
General Responsibilities:
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account progress.
Regularly update and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities in the United States cannabis market.
Represent Best Dirty Lemonade with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the beverage, consumer goods, or related industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and close deals effectively.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple accounts and priorities.
Proficiency in using CRM software and virtual communication tools (e.g., video conferencing, screen sharing).
Knowledge of cannabis laws and regulations in the United States is an advantage.
Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
Ability to work in different time zones and communicate effectively with teams and clients in the United States.
Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required.
