Location: Philippines (Remote) – Must be available to work US Central Time Zone (CST) with a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace to ensure professionalism during calls.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service via email, phone, and live chat, adhering to US time zone business hours.
Perform sales tasks including lead qualification and follow-up according to our sales process.
Manage customer accounts and ensure timely resolution of inquiries, following up as necessary to maintain customer satisfaction.
Create and maintain accurate records and reports in a well-organized manner.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned, prioritizing tasks effectively.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and/or customer service.
Advanced written and verbal English communication skills with a strong understanding of US cultural nuances for clear and professional interactions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently within the US time zone schedule.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
A positive attitude with a strong focus on exceeding customer expectations.
Familiarity with CRM software a plus.
Fluency in Spanish is a strong plus.
