Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Virtual Support/Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage cold calling and sales initiatives, and assist with various administrative tasks. This role requires proficiency in ClickUp for task management, HubSpot for lead management, and the ability to create and manage referral campaigns, drip workflows, email templates, and SMS communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
– Provide outstanding customer service through various channels including email, phone, and chat.
– Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
– Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
Cold Calling/Sales:
– Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
– Present and promote company products/services to potential customers.
– Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and quotas.
ClickUp Task Management:
– Utilize ClickUp to manage tasks, track progress, and collaborate with team members.
– Ensure tasks are completed on time and align with company objectives.
– Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation.
Email Follow-Ups:
– Send follow-up emails to prospective clients and customers.
– Ensure timely and effective communication to nurture leads and build relationships.
– Track and report on email engagement metrics.
– Assist in Generating Referral Campaigns:
– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement referral campaigns.
– Identify and engage potential referral partners.
– Track and analyze the success of referral campaigns.
HubSpot Lead Management:
– Manage and update leads in HubSpot CRM.
– Create and maintain drip workflows to nurture leads.
– Develop and manage email templates and SMS campaigns.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a virtual environment.
– Proficiency in Gmail, ClickUp and HubSpot is required.
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
– Familiarity with referral marketing and campaign management.
– Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with ease.
– Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and software.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Previous experience in digital marketing or a related field.
– Knowledge of email marketing best practices.
– Experience with SMS marketing.
