Virtual Saviors is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines. We are looking for a dynamic individual with strong communication skills and a background in call center operations to join our remote team.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive virtual assistance to executives, managers, and clients by managing calendars, organizing files, drafting emails, and coordinating appointments.
Customer Service: Leverage your call center experience to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain excellent client relationships, all while ensuring a high standard of professionalism and courtesy.
Data Management: Efficiently manage and organize data, including document preparation, data entry, and database maintenance.
Communication: Act as a primary point of contact between clients and the company, ensuring all correspondence is clear, concise, and professional.
Research: Conduct internet research on various topics to support decision-making processes and projects.
Task Coordination: Assist in scheduling and organizing meetings, webinars, and events, as well as coordinating logistics for virtual conferences.
English Language Proficiency: Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken, to ensure clear and effective interaction with clients and team members.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a reputable university (preferred but not required).
Call Center Experience: Proven experience in a call center or customer service role, demonstrating effective communication and problem-solving skills (preferred but not required).
Proficient in English: Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, is essential.
Tech-savvy: Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite), communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack), and the ability to quickly adapt to new platforms and technologies.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Reliable Internet Connection: Access to a stable and reliable high-speed internet connection is crucial.
Proactive and Independent: The ability to work remotely with minimal supervision and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
