Accounting solutionZ is looking for a Virtual – Senior Accountant who is willing to fill a high-demand role.
ABOUT THE TEAM:
Hi, we are Andy and Kasia of Accounting solutionZ! We are a Chicago-based financial accounting firm that focuses on keeping our client’s books clean, organized, and up to date.
What we look for:
– Someone who has 3-5 years of Accounting & Bookkeeping experience
– Someone who has 1-5 years of QuickBooks & Excel experience
– Someone who has 1-5 years of Management Experience
– Someone who has 1-5 experience working in a US company/business
– Someone who has an entrepreneur mentality
– Excellent in English (Oral & writing)
– Excellent communication
– Full-time availability (+40 hours per week)
– Capable of working from 7AM CST onwards, Monday to Friday & Saturday, if needed
– Accounting solutionZ must be the ONLY work commitment
– Has computer/Laptop with dual monitor
– Has at least 20mbps internet speed

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
– Managing projects
– Delegating & managing team members task & work
– Onboarding & cleaning up client’s books
– Cleanup of accounts
– Monthly review of client’s financials
– Bank, credit card, and main balance sheet account reconciliations
– Accounts payable
– Accounts receivable
– Payroll processing
– Cleaning/organizing electronic files/reports
– Help with financial reporting
– Help with internal processes
– Communicating with clients
What’s in it for you?
– $10 per hour
– After 3 months of probationary:
> Plus up to $1 on an hourly rate (Depends on performance)
> Plus 25% on the hourly rate for OT (After 40 hours/ week)
> 30 minutes daily paid break (If worked 40 hours/ week)
> 30 paid days off (Yearly & prorated)
> 10 paid holidays (Yearly)
> Quarterly bonuses (At the company’s discretion)
> Annual Increase
