Virtual Assistant Job Description
LiPav Consulting, LLC is looking to hire a Virtual Assistant (VA) who will be working directly with the CEO to implement administrative assistant duties for a fashion influencer and grant writing division. As a successful VMA, you will be tasked with supporting ongoing webinars, performing administrative and email support, assisting in marketing tasks, and providing follow-up communications.
Virtual Assistant Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the CEO and internal teams to ensure administrative duties are cohesive across departments.
• Checking emails and responding to queries.
• Sending follow-up emails to secure contracts, media coverage, and interviews.
• Setting up meetings and media interviews.
• Assist in set-up and response to a Kartra membership program.
• Create a Standard Operations Procedure for two company divisions.
• Use project management software to keep up-to-date with projects
• Provide administrative support for several live webinars a week that occur in the afternoon and evening hours.
• Maintain a Google calendar database.
• Enter and maintain client and prospect data in an automated system.
• Providing administrative support to the CEO
• General office duties.
• Update social media accounts.
• Perform general administrative duties such as but not limited to; taking and distributing meeting minutes, managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, scheduling appointments with internal and external parties, and maintaining database records.

Virtual Assistant Requirements:
• Some college classes are preferred in marketing, communications, or business.
• Two years of marketing administration experience
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in English
• A high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
• Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
• Exceptional organization skills.
• Related job and internship experience
• Digital marketing experience.
• High energy and self-starter is desired
• Familiarity with blogging, ZOOM, and social media platforms is preferred.
• General basic knowledge of and ability to learn project management software such as Clickup or
