Kalm Properties, is a family-owned Property management business managing buy to let properties which has been running since 2019. The Company now manages a portfolio of 17 houses and is rapidly growing its portfolio in other sectors like Holiday Lets, Service Accommodation, and HMO’s.
To Support this rapid growth, we are looking for a VA that will be able to carry out the tasks listed below, and is knowledgeable in the areas required.

THE ROLE WE ARE HIRING FOR

Social media creation for Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook and Linkedin.

To understand the audience and create content to attract the right audience. To work on getting a large following and getting clients. To interact with others posts.

To understand how marketing and advertising can help our mentoring campaign and our marketing campaign to attract more investors to work with us.

To design and set up a coaching platform.

RECURRING TASKS

– Content scheduling and posting on various social media platforms including Instagram, Tiktok and Youtube
– Video editing with the content provided
– Creating Reels and Youtube videos
– Photo editing/ graphic design to create different posts with the captions and content provided
– Using quotes and top tips provided and making them look attractive and representative of the company branding
– Growing reach and gaining a bigger audience on social media posts and on different platforms
– Marketing knowledge needed with an interest in learning and following new trends
– Researching what competitors are doing and suggesting new ideas
– Researching and finding new content ideas following recent changes in trends
– Setting up a coaching platform and posting videos

You will be helping us gain new clients and huge credibility. The tasks you will be responsible for will be showcasing the face of our company so it is a hugely important role!

PAY AND HOURS

– The starting rate for this role will be: Starting at $4 an hour, with the view of increasing to $5.5 after long-term and based on performance
– This position is available from the 22nd of January
– This is a long-term position

Provisional Schedule: Flexible, preferably in the UK time zone/ UK morning to start
You will be available for at least: 10 hours a week; hours will vary between 10-12 hours per week

– We will pay you weekly
– We offer one day’s paid leave for every 80 hours worked. This covers holiday/sick and public-holidays. (4 hours is equal to one day)
– We offer performance-related bonus
