Virtual Social Media Marketing Manager

We are a growing real estate team looking to hire a Virtual Social Media Marketing Manager responsible for:

Marketing & Social Media (potential future tasks)

? Improve SEO and online visibility
? Create both print and digital content using tools such as Canva
? Manage and curate content for social media accounts
? Perform basic editing of photo and video content
? Design newsletters, brochures, flyers, postcards, manuals, and flipbooks
? Manage and curate materials for various sales campaigns
? Create Blog and website Content
? Create Content for team members
? Create listing descriptions
? Virtually stage listing photos
? Design Webinar Slides
? Edit and Post videos to Youtube

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Preferably 1 year of work experience in real estate marketing
• Preferably 2+ years of work experience in marketing
• Outstanding written communication skills in English
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent computer skills
• Proficient in GSuite, Canva, KvCore
• Willing to be trained
• Completed at least 2 years in college, finished an Associates Degree, or a Senior High school Graduate

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:
PRIMARY
• Computer Processor: Core i3-5th gen / AMD A8 / Ryzen 3 (2015 or later)
• Computer Memory/RAM: at least 8.00 GB
• Computer Operating System: Windows 10 / MAC OS Catalina or higher

INTERNET
Primary Connection: A stable primary wired Internet subscription with a minimum download/upload speed of 8mbps (10mbps and up preferred)
Back-up Connection: A stable secondary connection with a minimum speed of 5mbps
RATE:
• Starting rate is $400-$420 (USD) monthly
• Employment Type: Independent Contractor

REWARDS:
•Flexible Schedule but real estate team is based in EST
Bonus available for milestones
