Job Title: Virtual Assistant/Booking Admin and Studio Sales Manager

Job Summary:
Virtual Studio Sales Administrative Manager will provide administrative support to the photography studio by managing the studio schedule, booking clients, post production timeline/deadlines and ensuring that clients’ needs are met. The position will also be responsible for hitting monthly sales booking goals and ensuring that project and milestone goals are being met financially and efficiently to create an ideal photography client experience. Commission to sales is a bonus with this position after 90 day period.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the studio schedule and ensure that all bookings are made efficiently.
Respond to initial inquiries through email, text, or phone.
Respond to client inquiries, provide quotes, and schedule consultations via phone or video call.
Ensure that clients’ needs are met by communicating with them throughout the booking process and post editing process.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase studio bookings.
Track and analyze monthly sales booking data to ensure that monthly goals are being met.
Prepare reports and present findings to the owner to help make strategic business decisions.
Update production Logs, aid in creating print production ordering.
Maintain accurate records of client data, invoices, and contracts.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant/Booking Admin and Studio Sales Manager or similar role.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Familiar with Honeybook, Iris Works, or Lead Savage is a plus.
Ability to analyze data and create reports to make informed business decisions.
Familiarity with photography and the photography industry is preferred.
Studio Apprenticeship is NOT OFFERED. No Editing Training or Photography Training will take place.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Open to monthly and weekly Trainings.
Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
Experience in the photography industry is a plus.
Working Conditions:

This is a part time position that has potential to be full-time, remote position that requires working from home in the Philippines.
The position may require occasional meetings with clients or the owner.
The position may require working outside of regular business hours to meet client needs.
