Job Description

As a Virtual Supply Chain Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing the procurement team, overseeing supplier relationships, managing product suppliers, conducting supplier searches and negotiations, implementing value-add supply chain processes, and ensuring effective logistics operations through the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). Your responsibilities will contribute to the company’s financial success, inventory management, new product introductions, and overall supply chain optimization while embracing our values of Team & Culture First, EQ over IQ, Winners Keep Score, & Relentless Execution.

Responsibilities:
– Manage all aspects of the supply chain, including product procurement, vendor relations, and freight logistics.
– Oversee a team consisting of a Purchasing and Forecasting Analyst, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure team success.
– Develop and implement strategies to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize inventory costs.
– Collaborate with key vendors for 365 Holdings Brands through effective communication and relationship management.
– Conduct video calls with vendors and other stakeholders as needed, demonstrating excellent English communication skills.
– Lead the development and implementation of systems and processes to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
– Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline workflows and ensure consistency in operations.
– Set clear performance expectations for team members and hold them accountable for meeting targets and deadlines.
– Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes affecting the supply chain, and adapt strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in a leadership role; 3-5 years preferred.
– Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
– Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
– Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
– Experience in managing remote teams and working in a virtual environment.
– Demonstrated ability to develop and implement process improvements.
– Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
– Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals.
