**Virtual Talent Acquisition Specialist – Short-Form Content Company**

**Role Overview:**
We are seeking multiple new hires to begin immediately at our Short-Form Content Company as Talent Acquisition Specialists. This vital role supports our President, Devin Jatho, an esteemed online creator with a significant following on Instagram. (@DevinJatho on Instagram)

As an integral part of our team, you’ll be the backbone of our employee recruiting efforts, working in a fully remote setting. You will be the first person that new hires see, and you’ll set the expectation for many excited hires that apply to work with us in the future.

**Responsibilities:**

– Document processes and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
– Conduct talent acquisition and onboarding.
– Team Management as needed.
– Regular Reporting as needed.

**Skills and Qualifications:**

– Excellent command of English.
– Previous experience as an executive assistant, admin assistant or recruiter in a remote setting.
– Proficiency in Notion (our primary software).
– Exceptional communication skills.
– Experience navigating recruiting channels and social media with the intent of creating new conversations
– Loves the idea of meeting new people everyday
– Proactive, independent worker with strong problem-solving abilities.

**Location:**
Fully Remote

**Salary and Benefits:**

– A competitive base salary range of $1,000 – $2,000 per month, with performance bonuses paid bi-weekly.
