About us: Early-Stage Strategic Consulting firm focuses on helping early-stage startups (Stealth mode, Seed, Series A, and Series B companies) find the right talent to scale their companies. We recruit across executive, technical, and non-technical roles in industries ranging from EdTech to wearable devices to beverage & CPG companies to Fintech startups.

We work with interesting and innovative startups in Chicago, San Francisco, New York, and Denver locations (including remote-first startups). We’re always striving to learn more about new innovations to help them grow their team.

This position is a 20 hour a week part-time role. It’s a fully remote role and we are open to any time zone as long as you can virtually meet once a week in CST.

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Sourcing Specialist/Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical role in identifying top talent across a variety of platforms. You will work closely with the CEO to align sourcing strategies with our client’s hiring needs. Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct thorough reviews of applicants from Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and the client’s applicant tracking software.
– Actively source passive candidates on platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Indeed, and beyond.
– Craft unique emails and perform outreach to engage passive candidates through LinkedIn and email.
– Collaborate closely with the CEO Consultant to gain a deep understanding of the client’s recruitment needs and tailor your sourcing strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:
– Have 1-5 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting.
– Demonstrate a creative approach to sourcing and outreaching to candidates on platforms including LinkedIn, GitHub, ZipRecruiter, SeekOut, and Indeed.
– Exhibit enthusiasm for engaging with candidates and a passion for promoting opportunities to them.
– Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure a respectful and seamless interview process for all candidates.
– Be familiar with or show a willingness to learn recruiting software such as Lever, Workable, SmartRecruiters, SeekOut, LinkedIn Recruiter, and GitHub.

What We Offer:
Salary : $5-$8/ hour (depending on experience)
Working hours: 20hrs/ week
