OUR MISSION
We’re undergoing infrastructure and product changes, transitioning to what we call an Implementation Model. Our mission is to assist customers in implementing a Whiteboard Webinar- and Challenge framework as well as a complete marketing-, sales- and infrastructure system, to help them grow and scale their 6-figure businesses.
To do this, we are expanding our administration to help organize, structure, and build systems that make our company scalable.

YOUR ROLE
– Virtual Technical Assistant
– Initial commitment: Around 10 hours per week, but will turn into a full-time position
– Start date: ASAP or early December 2023
– Opportunity to advance to a team manager role
– Contribute to our Facebook ads setup and maintenance
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
– You’ll receive the necessary training and onboarding
– Assist with internal and occasional external technical projects and setups
– Help organizing and creating SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for internal and customer use
– Record SOP video tutorials
– Work on systems, automation, and simple AI projects (like , ChatGPT, Zapier, etc.)
– Create graphics, banners, and ecovers using the provided software
– Clickfunnels 2.0 tasks include:
* Building funnel hub, webinar-, and challenge funnels
* Developing email workflows and automation
* Creating membership sites
* Setting up products and pricing
* Writing blogs and newsletters based on existing content
RESULTS YOU’RE RESPONSIBLE FOR
– Relieve the team of technical work, enabling each member to focus on their expertise
– Cultivate an organized business culture with streamlined systems in place
– Be the go-to person for technical and organizational needs
– Contribute to clear and updated SOPs
– Ensure timely posting of blogs, emails, and social media content (content creation not always required)
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION
– Experienced in using Clickfunnels 2.0, our primary funnel and email software
– Organized mindset with an understanding of the importance of simplicity and clear structures
– Responsible and dedicated to your work, with a team-oriented and fun-loving approach
– Ambitious, thrives on challenges, and resourceful
– Ability to follow established systems
– Adaptable to various tasks
– Values clear communication within the organization
– Quick to adjust and learn from mistakes, fostering a proactive approach
– Basic knowledge in setting up Facebook ads
