Job Description:

We are seeking experienced and dedicated Virtual Tutors to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for teaching and the ability to engage students in a virtual setting. If you are fluent in English, have clear speech, and possess the necessary qualifications, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one and group tutoring sessions to students via virtual platforms.
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to each student’s needs.
Assess students’ progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
Maintain open and effective communication with students, parents, and TutorBee staff.
Utilize various teaching tools and resources to enhance the virtual learning experience.
Attend periodic training sessions and staff meetings.

Qualifications:

Fluency in English with clear and articulate speech.
A reliable high-speed internet connection.
Minimum of 3 years of online tutoring experience.
Teaching experience is preferred.
Ability to create and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using virtual tutoring platforms and tools.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
A degree in education or a related field is preferred but not required.
