Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Virtual Video Editor and SOP Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent video editing skills and experience in creating comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) (in Google Docs and Powerpoint) from video content. This role is crucial for enhancing our internal training programs and ensuring our team has access to clear and effective training materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Edit video recordings of internal training sessions and webinars to produce polished and professional final products.
Create detailed and easy-to-follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) from video content, ensuring all steps are clearly documented.
Organize and manage training materials on our platforms (Google Classroom and Go High Level), ensuring they are easily accessible to team members.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and completeness of training materials.
Continuously update and improve training materials based on feedback and new information.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in video editing, with proficiency in video editing software (especially Adobe Premiere Pro and Vimeo).
Strong ability to create clear and concise documentation, with experience in creating SOPs or similar instructional materials.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Familiarity with online training platforms such as Google Classroom and Go High Level.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
