Job Description
The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in implementing our comprehensive plan to streamline warehouse operations, maximize virtual team performance, and leverage smart technologies. This individual will bring expertise in process re-engineering, technology integration, and high-performance team creation to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities
Streamline Warehouse Operations: Implement tailored solutions to enhance throughput, safety, and accuracy, aligning with our operational standards.
Maximize Virtual Team Performance: Establish and manage robust frameworks for collaboration and communication using platforms like Slack and ClickUp, ensuring high productivity levels among remote teams.
Leverage Automation and Smart Technologies: Oversee the procurement and integration of advanced operational technologies, such as high-speed sorting systems, RFID tagging, and drones, to automate processes and improve data accuracy.
Department Operations Efficiency: Identify bottlenecks and streamline business departments through organization, systemization, and technology.
Warehouse Layout Re-engineering: Redesign warehouse layout to optimize flow and space utilization, incorporating simulation software for planning.
Performance Management: Implement a KPI-driven performance system using OKRs to align team performance with company goals.
WMS Selection & Implementation: Lead the selection and implementation of a Warehouse Management System (WMS) that integrates seamlessly with existing systems.
Data Analytics & Reporting: Utilize BI tools to create dashboards that support data-driven decision-making.
Training and Development: Develop and execute training programs for new equipment and software, ensuring team proficiency.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in operations management, preferably with a focus on warehouse operations and virtual team management.
Proven track record of operational improvement, process re-engineering, and team leadership.
Strong expertise in technology integration and operational automation.
Experience in performance management and establishing effective communication and collaboration frameworks for remote teams.
Proficiency in data analytics, reporting tools, and warehouse management systems.
