Excellent English speaking, reading, listening and writing skills. Prefer American English accent
• Understanding of project management tools and Google Sheet, Google Doc, Google photos, Canva
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, motivated, reliable self-starter; proactive approach
• Strong organizational skills required; including good time management skills
• Helps with office management work but can also tackle a variety of writing, editing, design, marketing and email managing tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a team
• Must work and respond effectively in United States Eastern Time zone from 8AM-5pm Monday- Friday
• Work along side the key employees of the company with a quick response time.
• Excellent internet speed, reliable computer with a camera and speaker. This job requires interaction with other team members and customers and requires to have the camera on at all time during your shift hours.
