Virutal CCTV Monitoring Assistant

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Remote CCTV Monitoring Specialist to join our security team. This role involves monitoring live feeds from multiple CCTV cameras and ensuring the safety and security of our premises. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and reporting any suspicious activities, such as trespassing, vandalism, and general asset protection, in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

Monitor Live Feeds: Observe live video feeds from 4 to 32 cameras simultaneously, ensuring all areas are continuously surveilled.
Identify Suspicious Activities: Vigilantly watch for any signs of suspicious activities, including trespassing, vandalism, and other security breaches.
Report Incidents: Promptly report any suspicious activities to the authorities and management following a standardized script and reporting process.
Communication: Use WhatsApp and other designated communication tools to report incidents, share information, and receive instructions.
Systemized Reporting: Follow a structured and systemized process for documenting and reporting incidents, ensuring all details are accurately recorded.
Maintain Logs: Keep detailed logs of all activities observed during the shift, including any incidents and actions taken.
Technical Proficiency: Ensure reliable internet connectivity at all times to maintain uninterrupted surveillance. Familiarity with CCTV monitoring software and basic troubleshooting is a plus.
Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines to maintain a high standard of security operations.
Training: Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on the latest security protocols and surveillance techniques.
Collaboration: Work closely with the security team, management, and external authorities to ensure effective communication and swift response to incidents.
Asset Protection: Monitor for any signs of damage or tampering with company assets and report immediately to the concerned authorities.
Shift Work: Be prepared to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to ensure 24/7 surveillance coverage.
Requirements:

Experience: Previous experience in security, surveillance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Attention to Detail: Strong observational skills and attention to detail to identify potential security threats.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective reporting and collaboration.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using WhatsApp and other communication tools, along with basic knowledge of CCTV monitoring systems.
Reliability: A stable and reliable internet connection to ensure continuous monitoring without interruptions.
Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly assess situations and make informed decisions during security incidents.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Integrity: High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and security protocols.
Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods while monitoring live feeds.
