We’re looking for a Visual Assistant to help us provide top-notch customer service, manage our Shopify store, curate captivating social media content, and enhance our online presence.
**Role Overview: **
As our Visual Assistant, you will wear multiple hats, contributing to customer service, Shopify management, and social media. Your role will involve:
1. Customer Service:
– Responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and courtesy.
– Assisting customers with order tracking, product information, and general inquiries.
– Providing a positive and seamless shopping experience to our valued customers.
2. Shopify Management:
– Managing our Shopify store, including adding new products, updating descriptions, and ensuring accurate inventory.
– Monitoring order processing, shipping, and returns through the Shopify platform.
– Collaborating with the team to optimize the online shopping experience.
3. Social Media Management:
– Creating visually appealing and engaging content for our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok.. etc.).
– Planning and scheduling posts to maintain a consistent and attractive online presence.
– Interacting with followers, responding to comments, and fostering a sense of community.
4. Brand Ambassador Relations:
– Building and nurturing relationships with brand ambassadors, ensuring a positive and productive partnership.
– Collaborating with brand ambassadors to showcase our products and create authentic content.
– Tracking brand ambassador activities and measuring their impact on our brand’s visibility.
5. Other Social Media Tasks:
– Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute social media strategies.
– Monitoring trends, analyzing data, and suggesting improvements for social media campaigns.
Qualifications:
– Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-centric attitude.
– Experience in customer service, e-commerce, or related roles is a plus.
– Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
– A keen eye for design, with the ability to create visually appealing content.
– Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
