# **Job Description:**
We are seeking a young and imaginative Visual Creative Personnel to join our team. As a Visual Creative, you will have the opportunity to unleash your creativity and take ownership of the entire brand strategy. Your role will involve conceptualizing, designing, and executing various creative projects, allowing you the freedom to explore your artistic concepts and bring them to life. You do not need to possess a wealth of experience but you do need to have a genuine love to bring brands to life. A portfolio showcasing your entire range of previous creative projects, demonstrating your design skills, and conceptual thinking will be very helpful.

# **Responsibilities:**

1. **Creative Conceptualization:** Generate innovative and captivating ideas for creative projects that align with the organization’s vision and objectives.
2. **Design and Development:** Develop visually appealing and impactful designs across various mediums, such as digital, print, multimedia, or experiential, ensuring a seamless user experience.
3. **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, branding, and product development, to understand project requirements, gather feedback, and incorporate necessary changes.
4. **Project Ownership:** Take complete ownership of projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
5. **Content Creation:** Create engaging and compelling content in the form of graphics, illustrations, videos, animations, or other media formats to effectively communicate and convey messages.
6. **Continuous Learning:** Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design techniques to bring fresh ideas and innovation to projects. Courses will be provided so you will know how and what to carry out your given tasks.
7. **Brand Consistency:** Maintain brand consistency throughout all creative assets, adhering to brand guidelines and visual identity elements.
8. **Feedback Incorporation:** Actively seek feedback from stakeholders, clients, or team members, and incorporate constructive criticism to enhance and refine the creative output.
9. **Documentation and Organization:** Keep accurate records of project progress, maintain an organized digital asset library, and ensure all files are easily accessible to the team.

# **Visual Design Tasks**

– Create visually appealing designs for various marketing materials such as brochures, presentation kits, landing page designs, and social media posts.
– Develop and design logos, icons, favicon, and other branding elements.
– Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all design materials.
– Research current design trends and incorporate them into design projects.
– Prepare and present design concepts and mock-ups to clients or stakeholders.
– Provide feedback and suggestions for improving design projects.
– Edit and retouch photos or images as needed.
– Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.
– Communicate effectively with clients or team members to understand design requirements and feedback.
– Stay organized and manage design files and assets efficiently.
– Continuously improve design skills through self-learning, training, or provided workshops.
– Develop sales presentations, and sales kits
– Software Used (Web Based): Canva, Vbout, MarcomRobot, Anychat, Ocoya, Nuelink, Taskade
