We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Account Manager to join our podcast marketing agency. As an Account Manager you will lead client relationships, execute impactful podcast campaigns, and ensure seamless service delivery. Your focus: understanding needs, strategizing creative solutions, and overseeing campaigns. Ideal for a self-motivated, podcast-loving marketer.

Responsibilities:
1. Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships and serving as a trusted advisor.
2. Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing objectives, target audience, and brand messaging, translating these into effective podcast marketing strategies.
3. Develop and present compelling podcast campaign proposals that align with client goals and agency capabilities.
4. Coordinate with internal creative teams to conceptualize and produce podcast ad content, ensuring alignment with client branding and campaign objectives.
5. Oversee campaign execution, including scheduling, distribution, and performance tracking across various podcast platforms.
6. Monitor and analyze campaign metrics and provide clients with regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
7. Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, podcast landscape, and emerging marketing opportunities to provide valuable insights to clients.
9. Attend client meetings, presentations, and industry events as required.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
2. Proven experience (5 years) in client-facing roles, preferably within a marketing agency, media, or podcasting environment.
3. Strong understanding of podcasting and its role in the modern marketing mix.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and build rapport with diverse clients and team members.
5. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights for clients.
7. Proficiency in using marketing and project management tools (e.g., CRM software, Google Analytics, project management platforms).
8. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented attitude.
9. Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
10. A passion for storytelling, creativity, and innovation.

7. Maintain effective communication with internal teams, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of client campaigns.
8. Represent the agency at client meetings, presentations, and industry events to showcase our expertise and build relationships.

Initially, work starts at 20 hours/week for 30 days. 30 days is the trial period. then moves to 40.
