**Role Overview:**
We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on marketing leader to develop our lead funnels and drive sales growth. This individual will set up and drive automations to organise our leads and increase engagement with them in a natural and organic manner, with the ultimate goal of increasing sales meetings!

**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Set and implement a marketing strategy across all channels to drive more engagement and create opportunities, including emailing campaigns, LinkedIn activity, ads, socials and more.
2. Organise all our leads (LinkedIn, email, individuals and companies) into a central system (Hubspot) and set up campaigns/automations to target them with relevant content, creating a lead generation machine.
3. Work closely with content writer to ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all marketing materials and communications.
4. Work closely with sales development representative to maximise potential output and ultimately, increase the amount of meetings booked for the sales team.
5. Develop and drive the offer(s) of the business and communicate + educate the sales team, to improve conversion rates from meeting to closing deals.
6. Track and report on all marketing activities/campaigns and continuously test new variations, to improve KPIs.
7. Work with engineering resources to come up with product ideas, spin up quick MVP’s and use them for marketing purposes.
**Skills & Qualifications:**
– Strategic leader and excited to work hands-on in a small team.
– Proven track record in setting up and managing lead funnels, automations and campaigns in Hubspot.
– 8-10 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably for an agency.
– A self driven team player, comfortable with working in a fully remote team, often quite independently and in a highly organised manner.
