Job Description

Daily Work Description:
COMMUNICATIONS
– Communicate with guests within 7 minutes of each message via Hospitable platform.
– Answer questions and inquiries from current, incoming and inquiring guests.
– Guide guests on the check-in process if they are having trouble via email, or phone call.
– Communicate with cleaners to notify them when guests have checked out
– Communicate with handyman to schedule repairs
-Send guest agreements for guest signature and track receipt, late check-outs, early check-ins, parking requests, and more.

ADMIN SUPPORT
– Make sure the cleaning schedule is up to date and accurate and that cleaners are assigned for checkouts.
– Ensure accurate cancellation or alteration of scheduled cleanings based on guest requests.
-Ensure the cost of the cleaning is accurate for cleaning services.
-Submit maintenance ticket requests
– Assist with drafting standard operating procedures (SOPs) for related tasks.

MARKETING AND RESEARCH
– Perform basic online research of nearby offerings and offer recommendations of places to eat and things to do nearby that are relevant to the guest.

SAFETY AND SECURITY
– Collect information and input into background verification system to perform background checks on guests
– Create unique door codes for guests
-Submit resolution requests for additional services and or damaged items
– monitor Blink cameras at checkin and checkout and daily each hour
– monitor Minut devices

Data entry Skill Sets Required:
1. Prior paid experience setting up listings and assisting with online travel agencies such as Airbnb, Vrbo, and .
2. Very strong written English language and phone calls required
3. High attention to detail
4. Ability to problem solve and be truly helpful
5. Communicate professionally with a polite tone

STRONG PREFERENCE for Knowledge of the following systems/software:
Google G-suite, Lodgify, Hospitable (formerly SmartBnb), Minut, Blink, PriceLabs, Safely, SignNow, Trello, Slack, KeyCafe, U-Tec, iglooHome. BONUS if you have knowledge of creating Excel charts, reports and pivot tables to make data look pretty.

More than 15-40 hrs/week
Hourly but also open to a flat weekly rate for a set number of hours per week. Open to quotes for 2 hrs, 4 hrs, 6rs, and 8 hrs per day for 5 days per week for approximately 15-40 hours per week.
