We require an experienced developer for a number of web applications. The web applications are enterprise customer-facing applications to help remote and hybrid teams work productively whilst keeping human needs in the center of the application.
Developer Responsibilities:
Design and develop innovative web applications that draw the user’s attention
Write reusable, effective, and scalable JavaScript code
Build modular and reusable components and libraries
Implement front-end components with progressive framework
Test, update and optimize the application for performance and security
Ensuring optimal performance of the central database and responsiveness to front-end requests.
Running diagnostic tests, repairing defects, and providing technical support.
Documenting processes, as well as preparing reports.
Recommending and implementing improvements to processes and technologies.
Keeping informed of advancements in the field of and adjacent technologies.
Work in close collaboration with UI design, product lead and other developers.
Developer Requirements:
At least 5 years’ experience as a developer.
Extensive knowledge of JavaScript, web stacks, libraries, and frameworks.
Superb interpersonal, communication in English and collaboration skills.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving aptitude.
Great organizational and time management skills.
Flexibility to work on UK/CET time overlap for a minimum of 3 hours per day
Ability to self-start and self-manage workload in a remote setting
Good attitude in working with team members and clients
Nice to have additional skills are working with Elixir and web 3
We accept applications for full-time, part-time and freelance at this point. However everyone will start on a part-time trial basis and pending passing of the trial period the contract will be agreed. The trial period is also paid.
