Responsibilities:
Conceptualization and Ideation:
Research and stay updated on current design trends, customer preferences, and market demands.
Brainstorm and sketch original design concepts, considering themes, styles, and visual aesthetics.
Collaborate with the creative team to refine and enhance design ideas.
Design Creation and Development:
Utilize design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) to translate concepts into detailed digital renderings.
Ensure accurate measurements, proportions, and color schemes to bring designs to life.
Select suitable materials and textures that enhance the overall visual appeal and quality of the final product

Material Selection and Sourcing:
Research and select high-quality materials that align with the design vision.
Collaborate with suppliers or manufacturers to source required materials, considering factors such as durability and sustainability.
Production Guidelines and Processes:
Develop comprehensive production guidelines outlining step-by-step processes for cutting, assembling, painting, and finishing.
Specify materials, tools, and equipment required for each production step to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Quality Control and Assurance:
Review each completed piece to ensure adherence to design specifications and stringent quality standards.
Conduct inspections to ensure smooth edges, precise alignments, and proper finishing.
Address any imperfections or deviations from the design before finalizing the product.
Photography and Listing Creation:
Capture product images from multiple angles, highlighting details and textures.
Edit and enhance images to accurately represent colors and aesthetics.
Craft compelling product titles, descriptions, and pricing for accurate and engaging product listings.
Order Fulfillment and Packaging:
Process incoming orders, verify payment and shipping details, and prepare products for packaging.
Generate shipping labels and tracking information for each order.
Confirm shipment and communicate tracking details to customers.
Customer Communication:
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and professionally responding to inquiries and messages.
Address customer feedback and reviews with a positive and constructive approach.
Handle customer concerns or issues with empathy and diligence.
Continuous Learning and Improvement:
Attend workshops, webinars, and industry events to enhance design skills and stay updated on trends.
Seek feedback from colleagues and customers to identify opportunities for design enhancement and innovation.
Experiment with new design styles, materials, and techniques to continually elevate creativity.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Wall Art Designer, preferably with a focus on Etsy or e-commerce platforms.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools.
Strong aesthetic sense, creativity, and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a creative team.
Experience in material selection, sourcing, and production processes is a plus.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and customer engagement practices.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
