Responsibilities:
Manage and execute data entry tasks related to product listings on .
Ensure all product information is accurate, up-to-date, and meets Walmart’s listing standards.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, pricing, and promotions.
Conduct regular audits of product listings to identify and correct discrepancies.
Assist in creating, optimizing, and maintaining product listings to improve search rankings and visibility.
Handle customer service inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies to enhance sales performance.
Perform similar tasks for our Amazon marketplace as needed, ensuring a seamless and consistent approach across platforms.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role, preferably with a focus on .
Familiarity with Walmart Seller Center and its various tools and features.
Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and marketplace dynamics.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
