Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Walmart Seller Central Account Manager to oversee and manage our Walmart Marketplace operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing product listings, managing inventory, handling customer service, and implementing strategies to drive sales and growth on the Walmart platform.

Key Responsibilities
Account Management:

Manage and maintain the Walmart Seller Central account.
Ensure compliance with Walmart’s policies and guidelines.
Monitor account health and performance metrics.
Product Listings:

Create, optimize, and maintain product listings on Walmart Marketplace.
Write compelling product titles, descriptions, and bullet points.
Ensure accurate product information and high-quality images.
Inventory Management:

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team.
Ensure timely replenishment of stock to avoid stockouts.
Manage pricing strategies and promotional activities.
Sales Optimization:

Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
Implement strategies to improve sales and conversion rates.
Conduct keyword research and optimize listings for search visibility.
Customer Service:

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Address and resolve any issues related to order fulfillment and product quality.
Advertising and Promotions:

Plan and execute advertising campaigns on Walmart Marketplace.
Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
Coordinate promotional activities and special deals.
Reporting and Analysis:

Generate regular reports on sales, inventory, and account performance.
Analyze data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
Present insights and recommendations to the management team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience managing Walmart Seller Central or similar e-commerce platforms.
Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and marketplace dynamics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
