WALMART OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

What are we looking for:

We are searching for a Walmart Operations Specialist who will be will be responsible for developing and implementing processes, driving operational goals, and developing new strategies. A successful Walmart Operations Specialist keeps up-to-date with the latest industry best practices and works closely with creative and marketing teams to develop successful operational strategies.

Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable written and verbal English communication. The ideal candidate should be organized, passionate, and have a keen eye for detail and deadlines.

This role is 100% work from home.

In this role, you will:

– Problem-solving for closing gaps between performance and goals.
– Analyzing statistics and developing and implementing processes for continual improvement.
– Track and measure marketing outcomes, and performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
– Coordination of key Product Operation functions for communicating with other parts of the business.
– Ability to capture & act quickly on emerging topics, trends, & responsiveness in the social environment.

About You:

2+ years experience with Walmart Marketplace marketing.
Past experience in product management, project management, and/or program management is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma knowledge and experience are preferred.
Strong analytical capability; track record of digging into data and finding solutions for a variety of operational problems.
Degree in Writing, Marketing, or a related field.
Highly analytical; comfortable with data and numbers.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Always pay attention to details, small things don’t slip by.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must
Interest and enthusiasm for the e-commerce industry
Always willing to advocate ideas.
Self-driven to succeed and comfortable executing at a high level while working in an entirely remote team setting.
Driven to spearhead projects and initiatives that may not yet exist.
Highly value working with people you like and respect
Confident in your skills and a solid team player but also comfortable working asynchronously

Shift and Schedule: 9am-5pm EST (open to overlapping hours)
