Job Description:
As a Walmart Seller Center Account Manager, you will play a critical role in managing our online inventory, enhancing product visibility through SEO optimization, and overseeing the complete account operations on the Walmart platform. Your strategic thinking, attention to detail, and understanding of e-commerce best practices will be vital in driving sales and maintaining a strong online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are well-stocked. Generate and execute replenishment lists based on sales trends and forecasts.

SEO Optimization: Implement SEO strategies for product listings to improve visibility and ranking on Walmart’s search engine. Analyze keywords, optimize product titles, descriptions, images, and features to drive traffic and increase sales.

Complete Account Management: Oversee the entire account operations on Walmart Seller Center. Manage product listings, promotions, pricing strategies, and customer feedback to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Data Analysis: Utilize Walmart’s analytics tools to track product performance, understand customer behavior, and make data-driven decisions to optimize listings and increase sales.

Market Research: Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and updates in the Walmart Marketplace to adapt strategies accordingly.

Collaboration: Work closely with supply chain, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure that operational and promotional strategies are aligned with overall business goals.

Compliance: Ensure all listings comply with Walmart’s policies and guidelines. Address any compliance issues promptly to avoid account penalization.

Reporting: Provide regular reports on account status, inventory health, sales performance, and any issues or opportunities to the relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

***MUST HAVE WALMART EXPERIENCE***

Proven experience in e-commerce account management
Strong understanding of SEO best practices and their application in e-commerce.
Excellent analytical skills with an ability to interpret and act on data.
Proficient in the use of inventory management software and tools.
