Walmart Specialist
Salary: Rate: $3.25/hr – $6/hr

We are actively looking for a WALMART SPECIALIST with exceptional English Communication Skills and who can provide high-level technical and administrative support in the workplace.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer complaints and questions, phone, emails, and posts from customers
Troubleshoot sales inquiries
Maintaining inventory levels by monitoring sales trends and ordering new merchandise as needed
Address challenges according to the policies of Walmart
Handle issues of return, exchange, and refund
Educate and enlighten customers on product prices and details
Ensuring that the balance of cash is maintained
Handles all requests made for money orders.
Give a high degree of customer satisfaction
Contribute to the customer service experience
Understand the Walmart regulatory rules

Qualifications:

Must have Walmart Catalog experience
Ads experience in Walmart is a plus!

Walmart Trainer

We are looking for a WALMART TRAINER who can help us take our way of training to the next level. If you’re passionate, dedicated, and committed to training new employees to the extent of their potential, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Responsible for instructing and overseeing the training of new and existing employees in various areas, including customer service, inventory management, product knowledge, merchandising, and loss prevention
Design and develop training and development programs, materials, and activities according to Walmart standards.
Provide on-the-job instruction and follow-up training to new and existing employees.
Monitor and measure employee performance and development, and keep records or reports.
Administer and evaluate written and/or performance tests to measure employee progress and proficiency.
Create and manage a safety training program that includes topics such as lifting techniques, cleaning products and chemical storage, and fire safety.
Oversee compliance with federal and state safety regulations.
Lead a team of representatives in delivering training programs.
Provide support and troubleshoot problems associated with employee performance.

Other requirements:

Laptop or Desktop with RAM minimum: 8GB
Dual Monitor Set-up
Working headset and video camera
A suitable work-from-home space
Internet connection: 25 Mbps minimum
Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written
Willingness to work full-time (40 hours/week) EST
Working knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides) and productivity and project management tools/apps
Preferably experienced with online/remote/virtual work.

Expectations:

Schedule: 9 AM – 5 PM EST
Hours commitment: 40 hours a week, 8 hours a day, M-F
Job Type: Full-time
