We’re a privately owned 8 figure U.S. company that has been in business for many years in the eCommerce space, such as Amazon and Walmart. While we’re predominately on Amazon, we’re aggressively ramping up our business. We’re currently looking to grow our already growing team of VAs to help us with important tasks that come with what we do on a daily basis.

The job consists of using talents/skills to assist us in managing our account(s) to facilitate in our rapid growth and expansion.

For this job you don’t have to have perfect English skills but you should be very comfortable chatting on Slack by text when discussing tasks, as well as emailing, and being available daily to give status updates. We really value communication. Our projects and tasks are managed within a tool called Asana. We engage in conversations daily and meet frequently to discuss updates, goals, wins/loses, etc.
Candidate MUST:
*Communicate Well
*Able to pay attention to detail
*Fluent in English
*Be able to work alone
*Be a team player on projects
*Be available 30+ hours a week
*Have a sense of urgency in getting things done
*Proficient with Walmart”s Terms of Service
*Have two (2) years of experience in Account Management experience, including, but not limited to:
*Submitting cases to Seller Support
*Working within Brand Registry
*Creating/revising listings via flat file.
*Addressing suppressed listings (mostly associated with buy box)
*Creating/managing variations
*While knowing Walmart’s Terms of Service, know what loopholes we can take advantage of
