Key Responsibilities:
Product Research:
Order Processing:
Receive and process customer orders efficiently.
Confirm orders, manage order tracking, and handle returns and refunds.
Coordinate with fulfillment centers or logistics providers to ensure timely delivery.
Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate product listings and ensure product details are up to date.
Monitor and adjust stock levels as needed.
Manage product attributes, including pricing and promotions.
Customer Service:
Respond to customer inquiries, messages, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues.
Enhance the overall customer experience on the Walmart platform.
Data Analysis:
Analyze sales and performance data to make informed business decisions.
Generate reports and insights to improve sales strategies and product offerings.
Keep track of key performance metrics.
Competitor Analysis:
Monitor competitor activities and pricing.
Identify trends and opportunities in the marketplace.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with Walmart’s policies and guidelines for sellers.
Stay informed about any changes in Walmart’s seller requirements and adapt accordingly.
Communication:
Collaborate with team members, vendors, and partners as needed.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in e-commerce is preferred.
Familiarity with Walmart Seller Central and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
