Job Description

We are a Microsoft Bizspark Graduate that was established to create an ecosystem to promote international trade and commerce via an interconnected global network per a telecom. We are an exporter of spacecraft & related items, aerospace technology & systems, heavy equipment systems. and commercial goods with inventory access to over one million products, services, and software to facilitate oaur customers’ project orders and needs.

We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to support our sales and lead generation efforts. The ideal candidate
will be proactive, detail-oriented, and have a strong understanding of the technology sales industry. This
role is crucial in identifying potential clients, nurturing leads, and assisting in closing sales deals.

RESPONSIBILITIES
– Research and identify potential clients within the telecommunications, technology, and security
industries in both public and private sectors.
– Utilize various online tools and platforms to generate leads and compile contact lists.
– Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels to introduce our
products and services.
– Qualify leads and schedule meetings or calls.
– Maintain accurate records of all sales and lead generation activities in our CRM system.
– Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, progress, and results.
– Assist in drafting proposals, presentations, and sales materials as needed.
– Coordinate and align lead generation efforts with marketing campaigns.
– Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

SKILLS

– Proven experience as a virtual assistant or similar role in lead generation and sales, preferably in
the telecommunications or high-tech industry.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Strong understanding of sales techniques and lead qualification processes.
– Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other lead generation tools.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office
– Proficiency in English
– Ability to conduct thorough research and identify potential clients effectively.
– Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

– Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
– Familiarity with email marketing and social media platforms (Instagram and LinkedIn) for
