Job Title: Store Manager

Role:
The Store Manager oversees all aspects of the dropshipping store’s operations, ensuring that product sourcing, listing, and delivery processes are seamless, efficient, and customer-centric.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Lead, manage, and support the in-house team.
Hire and train new team members as required.
Maintain a cohesive, collaborative, and efficient work environment.
Keep the team focused and track their KPIs.
Conduct weekly evaluation meetings with the team.
Product Testing Oversight:
Ensure smooth operation of the product testing process.
Review and approve products from our research team.
Monitor and ensure the quality of product pages and creatives.
Supplier Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers.
Negotiate deals and discounts for best-selling products.
Maintain strong supplier relations to ensure consistent product availability and favorable terms for the business.
Product Page Optimization:
Enhance product pages for best sellers to maximize sales and conversions.
Collaborate with the team to ideate and create new creatives for products.
Implement strategies to optimize the customer experience.
Media Buying:
Track and manage media buying KPIs.
Act as the central point of contact for media buying activities.
Ensure effective communication and coordination with media buying teams.
Reporting & Analytics:
Monitor, analyze, and report on store performance.
Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Conduct weekly reporting with the CEO.
Think about the structure of the company, optimization, and automations to improve overall business performance.
Create SOPs and Loom videos to explain new processes clearly.
Oversee the customer support team and be the primary responsible for handling disputes, including those involving PayPal, Stripe, and Klarna.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Proven track record in e-commerce or dropshipping management.
Deep understanding of the dropshipping business model.
Prior experience as a Chief Operating Officer or similar leadership role in the e-commerce or dropshipping industry.
Skills:
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficient in Shopify.
Detail-oriented and results-driven.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Time Commitment:
