WANTED: Eager, Enthusiastic Customer Service Representative Needed

We are an eCom brand in Florida marketing our unique collection of gym wear, bodybuilding apparel, accessories, etc. Basically, if you can wear or costume it in a gym, we probably have it. We work with well know bodybuilders and powerlifters and were looking to expand our in-house team.

MUST be able to answer emails and live chat during Eastern Standard Time (8am- 4pm). This is non-negotiable, and if you are unable to do this please do not apply.

(Note, you do NOT need to be a bodybuilder or powerlifter to apply. But it might give you context on the position.)

I’m Sonia, and I am a Co-Founder. I recently let my customer service representative go because of a drop in performance. I felt he was not giving the position his all and taking shortcuts and the easy way out. Instead of responding to what the customer was asking, a basic/generic reply was given.

He was very limited in creativity and enthusiasm.

Here is what I am looking for:
-I am looking for someone who will bring energy to this role
-I want someone who has a passion for customer service.
-I want someone who has experience in customer service
-I want someone who has a couple of years at least working as a customer service representative
-It would be nice if you are familiar with Reamaze, the system we use. But it’s a “nice to have”and something you should mention if you have experience there.
-I want someone who can work on my schedule for you, which would mean early morning or late-night meetings.
