We are looking for a highly motivated individual who wants to become our next high-paid digital marketing assistant!
A digital marketing assistant means you will need to manage marketing campaigns, social media ads, create, edit and post social media short content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn. You will then be reporting to the CEO daily.
All the training will be provided in order for you to become the best of the best marketing and teach you some outreach tasks to earn extra comissions.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8AM to 6PM Dubai, UAE timezone.
Scope of Work:
– Managing marketing campaigns for clients.
– Managing PPC, Facebook and Google Ads
– Digital Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with the owner and implement an evolving marketing and branding plan for the brokerage.
– Creating and executing digital marketing strategies
– Conceptualize and produce digital engaging content across a variety of channels including LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook
– Review of content performance and share on actionable insights weekly and monthly
– Creating and executing social media strategy and content calendar
– Creating engaging content for all digital channels
– Creating posts, editing posts, creating videos and editing video content
– Increase website traffic
– Tracking and reporting
– Digital Marketer Requirements
– Minimum 1 years of experience in social media content creation for a brand
– Experience in running PPC advertising, Google ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads
– Experience content strategies and working on integrated campaigns
– Experience in composing copy to use in captions and blog posts is a plus
– Strong planning and execution skills
– Great initiative with a self-motivated and time-managed approach to work
– Highly creative and enjoys exploring new ideas
– Strong interpersonal skills.
– Has a positive attitude with the ability to work well in a team and independently
– Excellent communication, both written and verbal
