Wanted: Marketing, Customer Service and Creative E-Commerce Specialist for Growing Clothing Brand

We are looking for a talented and versatile Virtual Assistant to join our team and help us grow our online clothing brand. You will be responsible for various tasks related to e-commerce administration, content creation, and social media management. You will work remotely and report directly to the founder of the company.

At first the candidate will focus on customer service & data entry. If the candidate has skills in social media, we will then work with them to focus on social media before moving on to content creation.

Responsibilities
• Manage our Shopify store, including inventory, orders, returns, and exchanges
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints via email and chat
• Consolidate and update our accounts in Xero
• Create and implement promotion strategies to increase sales and brand awareness
• Manage our social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest
• Create engaging and relevant content for our blog, newsletter, and website
• Edit and optimize videos for our YouTube channel and other platforms
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp
• Perform SEO and PPC tasks to improve our online visibility and ranking
• Write compelling and SEO-friendly copy for our product descriptions, landing pages, and ads
• Plan and coordinate FBA orders and Amazon advertising campaigns
• Research and develop new products and designs based on market trends and customer feedback
• Monitor and analyze our competitors’ strategies and performance

Requirements
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role in the e-commerce industry
• Familiarity with Shopify, Xero, Mailchimp, WordPress, and other relevant tools and platforms
• Experience with content creation, video editing, social media management, and email marketing
• Knowledge of SEO, PPC, copywriting, and web development best practices
• Ability to use Canva, Video Editing, ChatGPT, and other creative tools
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and meet deadlines
• Degree or equivalent; additional qualifications in marketing, design, or related fields are a plus
