[WANTED] Property Management EXPERT

We are a real estate management company on a mission to give our tenants an amazing experience. We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to handle all real estate maintenance requests in a timely and systematic way — and to handle other property management needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Coordinate with tenants and vendors to make sure maintenance requests are handled in a timely way
– Communicate updates with tenants
– Keep track of all maintenance requests using Trello
– Answer customer service emails
– Keep statistics on maintenance performance every week
– Execute on other necessary property management projects
– Bookkeeping tasks using AppFolio
– WORKING DIRECTLY WITH THE CEO

REQUIREMENTS:

– Property or Maintenance Experience Preferred
– Customer Service Experience Preferred
– Bookkeeping Experience using AppFolio Preferred
– Extremely Organized & Systematic
– Proactive — acts without being told what to do
– Attention to Detail — catches the little mistakes without needing someone else to do so
– Written and spoken English needs to be a 10 out of 10
